Greetings to the brothers of Alpha Delta Sigma,

This year as we are aware our chapter face extraordinary challenges.  While these challenges might seem insurmountable, it is my sincere hope that we seize this opportunity to join forces and work together, as never before, to develop and to execute solutions to these challenges.  By working in concert, we will have a positive impact, and change lives in our community.

 This year as your chapter president I have se 5 goals for the chapter and hope each brother do there part and to remember that you are the fraternity's greatest asset. 

1. Member reclamation: I, challenge each brother to bring back 1 lost brother back to the organization.
2. Constitution: The constitution should be completed by Regional conference.
3. Sigma fund raising committee: If you are a chairman of a committee, it would be more convent to have an extra fund raiser prior to the event taking place, therefore the brothers will not have to come out of their personal pocket to cover the expenses. Only, not having enough money to cover the expenses that includes, the GWC scholarship and any other events. (note): Then, and only then we ask the chapter and/or brothers for a contribution.
4. New Membership:  The goal is to bring in 15 new members if, not more.
5. Executive Board Meetings:  The Executive Board meetings will be conducted a week before chapter meetings.
